Waldevar Energy distances itself from CEO corruption probe
Waldevar Energy has issued a statement distancing itself from a corruption investigation conducted by the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) involving its CEO, Cristian Theodor Dragomir.
The company clarified that it did not participate in or benefit from the alleged corrupt acts. According to the company, its Internal Control Department began investigating Dragomir approximately 18 months ago after identifying irregularities and suspicions of actions that could have harmed the organization.
Waldevar Energy stated that as its internal investigation progressed, the company documented findings with specialized legal assistance and subsequently notified the competent authorities, providing them with relevant documents and information.
