Wales mobile speed camera locations announced for Conwy, Denbighshire, and Powys

Mobile speed camera enforcement locations have been announced for Conwy, Denbighshire, and Powys for the current week. The Go Safe partnership, which includes the Welsh Government and emergency services, manages these operations to combat speeding, cited as a major factor in Welsh road collisions.

Drivers found exceeding speed limits face a minimum penalty of a £100 fine and three penalty points on their license. In certain instances, motorists may be eligible to attend a Driver Education Course to avoid penalty points.

Enforcement sites in Conwy and Denbighshire include various locations such as Llandudno, Rhos on Sea, Abergele, and Rhyl. In Powys, enforcement will take place at sites including Llandrinio, Montgomery, and various school zones such as Guilsfield C P School and Rhayader Church in Wales Primary School.
