Wallabies lock Josh Canham ruled out ahead of South Africa Test

The Australian Wallabies face a significant roster change ahead of their Test match against South Africa at Optus Stadium in Perth. Lock Josh Canham has been ruled out due to a hamstring injury, a loss that impacts the team's line-out calling duties.

Coach Les Kiss has adjusted the starting lineup to compensate, moving Lukhan Salakaia-Loto into the starting side and adding Lachlan Shaw to the bench. Jeremy Williams will take over the responsibility of calling the line-outs. Wallabies captain Harry Wilson noted that while losing Canham is a major blow, he expects Salakaia-Loto to provide necessary physicality against the Springboks' forward pack.
