Wallabies squad updates ahead of Argentina tour

Wallabies coach Les Kiss has announced the squad for the upcoming tour of Argentina, maintaining much of the roster that secured recent victories against Japan. The primary addition to the squad is centre Len Ikitau, who returns from ankle surgery. Ikitau, the 2025 Wallabies player-of-the-year, effectively replaces Jock Campbell in the lineup, with Ben Donaldson named as bench cover for fullback or flyhalf.

Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii is also set to return from a hamstring injury, creating significant competition in the midfield. Other squad notes include the inclusion of winger Max Jorgensen despite a recent chest injury, while Zac Lomax remains unavailable due to injury. Lock Miles Amatosero will miss the first Test due to a three-game suspension. The tour includes matches in San Salvador de Jujuy and Mendoza scheduled for August 30 and September 6.
