Walldorf and Bad Aibling host charity music events

A benefit concert was held on a summer afternoon at the Kirchenburg in Walldorf. The trio d’anches of the Meininger Hofkapelle performed works by Milhaud, Haydn and Ibert before an audience that donated to the Meininger Hospizverein. Organizers offered coffee, herbal tea and homemade cake, and the event concluded with further socialising and thanks for the generous contributions.

In Bad Aibling, the open‑air “Sonnwend‑Musikantentreffen” took place in the courtyard of the Kurhaus. Several folk groups—including the Bairer Fleitlmusi, the Kirchberg Trio, the Herzkirsch Dreigsang and the Stanggasser Dreigsang—performed free of charge, with donations encouraged. The concert is part of the “Open Air Kultursommer 2026” programme and was accompanied by food and drinks for attendees.
