Wallowa Downs property sale rebooted at $13 million
The sales campaign for Wallowa Downs, a 2,942-hectare property located in the Telopea Downs region near the South Australia and Victoria border, has been rebooted. The suggested starting price for the property remains “from $13 million”.
The agricultural enterprise focuses on cropping and sheep grazing, currently running over 3,000 Merino ewes and lambs. The property features significant irrigation infrastructure, including 650 hectares developed for irrigation, 13 interconnected centre pivot sites, six 50ha towable centre pivots, four irrigation bores, and a 2,000 megalitre water licence.
In the same region, the sale of the neighboring McBrides Telopea Downs property—Victoria’s largest farm at 47,660 hectares—continues. That campaign, launched nearly a year ago, is expected to exceed $100 million.
