Walt Disney World announces 2027 schedules and hotel discounts

Walt Disney World has released several updates regarding its 2026 and 2027 schedules, including ticket sales, hotel discounts, and attraction status.

Disney After Hours events will return in 2027 at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. These separately ticketed late-night experiences offer three hours of park access after regular hours. Tickets for Magic Kingdom range from $189 to $209, while Hollywood Studios and EPCOT tickets are priced between $159 and $199. Additionally, Disney has announced new Moonlight Magic events for late 2026, providing complimentary after-hours access to eligible Disney Vacation Club members at EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

For travelers planning ahead, Disney has introduced several hotel discounts for early 2027, including room-and-ticket packages that can save guests up to $250 per night at select Deluxe and Disney Vacation Club properties. The 2027 calendar also includes confirmed dates for the EPCOT Festival of the Arts and the Flower and Garden Festival.

In current operations, the Peter Pan’s Flight attraction at Magic Kingdom has experienced an unexpected multi-day closure. While Disney has not specified the cause or a reopening time, staff have provided hopscotch activities outside the ride to occupy guests during the downtime. Meanwhile, EPCOT saw high crowds on September 21, 2026, due to special music programming and rare character meet-and-greets featuring Star-Lord, Gamora, and Groot.
