Walt Disney World announces 2027 park expansions and rising ticket prices

Walt Disney World has confirmed major expansions scheduled for 2027 at two of its Florida theme parks. Disney’s Hollywood Studios will introduce the Monstropolis area, while Disney’s Animal Kingdom will debut Pueblo Esperanza as part of its Tropical Americas transformation.

Alongside these expansions, Disney has released ticket pricing through October 31, 2027, showing an increase in peak costs compared to 2026. Magic Kingdom’s highest one-day ticket price for 2027 is set at $219, up from a $209 peak in 2026. Other peak prices for 2027 include $214 for EPCOT, $209 for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and $189 for Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Disney has not yet released admission pricing for November and December 2027, leading to speculation regarding potential further increases during the holiday season.
