Walt Disney World Passholders hit reservation limits at EPCOT and Hollywood Studios
Walt Disney World Annual Passholders encountered reservation limits at EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The capacity limit specifically affected the inventory of reservations allocated to Annual Passes, preventing Passholders from selecting these two parks as their starting location for the day.
This lockout does not indicate that the parks reached physical attendance limits or were closed to all guests. Disney maintains a system where a specific portion of daily park reservations is allocated to Annual Passholders, separate from the reservations available to other ticket holders. Consequently, while Passholder reservations for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios were exhausted, Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom remained available, and other admission categories may still have had access.
The incident occurred despite Disney recently expanding reservation-free ‘Good-to-Go Days’ throughout September. While Disney has loosened restrictions for many date-based tickets, Annual Passholders may still require a reservation for their first park visit depending on availability and specific terms.
