Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party launches at Magic Kingdom

The 2026 season of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom has officially commenced. The event features several updates to park operations, entertainment, and guest services.

New entertainment offerings include a Stitch-led dance party in Tomorrowland and a pirate-themed experience featuring Captain Jack Sparrow in Adventureland. Returning favorites include the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular and the Cadaver Dans.

Operational changes include updated park hours, with Magic Kingdom closing to regular guests at 6 p.m. on party nights. Additionally, guests must now present their party ticket to purchase exclusive merchandise, which is available starting at 4 p.m.

For guests with dietary restrictions, the allergy-friendly trick-or-treat process has been updated. Instead of plastic tokens, guests requesting teal allergy bags will receive Smarties at treat stops. Two redemption locations for candy loading are available: Merchant of Venus in Tomorrowland and the Liberty Square Ticket Office.

Merchandise for the season includes a variety of themed items, such as Loungefly bags, trading pins, and specialty popcorn buckets featuring the Hatbox Ghost and the Headless Horseman.
