Wanda Gawrońska awarded Grand Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta

Wanda Gawrońska, the niece of Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati, has been awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. The honor was presented by Ambassador Adam Kwiatkowski on behalf of the President of Poland at the Polish Embassy to the Holy See.

The decoration recognizes Gawrońska’s significant contributions to the Polish community in Italy and her efforts in fostering Polish-Italian cultural and scientific cooperation.
