Wanda Nara debuts as film actress in romantic comedy

Wanda Nara has made her cinematic debut starring in the romantic comedy “¿Querés ser mi hijo?”, directed by Hernán Guerschuny. The film, a local adaptation of a successful Mexican production, premiered at the Showcase Belgrano complex in Buenos Aires.

The plot follows Lucía, a 42-year-old woman navigating a professional and emotional crisis after discovering her partner's infidelity. To secure a dream job, she pretends to be a settled mother, eventually hiring her neighbor, Javier (played by Agustín Bernasconi), to pose as her son during a corporate weekend.

Nara was accompanied at the avant premiere by her family, including her sister Zaira Nara, her parents Nora Colosimo and Andrés Nara, and her five children: Valentino, Constantino, Benedicto, Francesca, and Isabella. The production is a co-production involving Amazon MGM Studios, IP4, Zeppelin Studios, Cimarrón Cine, Film Suez, and Telefe Studios.
