Wanda Nara Defends Body After Turkish Photo Controversy

A Turkish outlet, Populicc, published bikini photos of Argentine media personality Wanda Nara taken on an Italian beach with her partner Martín Migueles and their daughters. The images quickly spread on X, prompting users to question whether she used filters or Photoshop. Nara responded, writing, “One is a video and the other is Photoshop of you, paid trolls. I love my body,” and asserted that at least one of the pictures had been digitally altered to damage her reputation.

The episode unfolded shortly after an Italian court authorized Nara to obtain new passports for her daughters without the signature of ex‑husband footballer Mauro Icardi, a decision that favoured her in an ongoing legal dispute. Her father, Andrés Nara, also weighed in, criticizing Icardi’s conduct and unexpectedly praising actress China Suárez. Multiple Argentine and Turkish media outlets reported the controversy, emphasizing the broader debate over body shaming and image manipulation of public figures.
