Wanda Nara hit with 200 million‑peso fine for breaching travel order

Argentina’s celebrity businesswoman and ex‑footballer’s wife Wanda Nara was ordered to pay a fine of 200 million Argentine pesos after a judge found she violated a court‑authorized travel itinerary. The dispute arose when Nara’s family travelled to France en route to Italy, contrary to the travel permission granted for her daughters.

The ruling coincided with Nara’s high‑profile vacation in Europe, including visits to a countryside house near Galliate, Piedmont and a luxury first‑class trip to New York where she acted as brand ambassador for a major sponsor during the FIFA World Cup final.

In a separate court decision, the Argentine judiciary also increased the monthly alimony payment that footballer Mauro Icardi must provide for their two daughters, raising it from 30 000 euros to 45 000 USD, further intensifying the legal conflict between the former partners.
