Montevideo Wanderers defeats Albion 2-1 to exit relegation zone

Albion managed to reduce the deficit in the 83rd or 84th minute through Francisco Ginella, but they were unable to find an equalizer despite a late attempt that struck the post.

With this result, Wanderers reaches 12 points in the Clausura and moves to sixth place in the annual table with 47 points, positioning them near international competition qualification zones. Albion remains in 16th place, having lost eight consecutive matches in the current tournament.
