Wandt Spedition saved from insolvency by Schnellecke Logistics

The Braunschweig-based family business Wandt Spedition Transportberatung has been saved from insolvency. Following a period of uncertainty for its 110 employees, creditors have approved an insolvency plan that secures the company’s future.

The rescue was made possible through a strategic majority stake acquisition by Schnellecke Logistics. In a statement, Schnellecke Logistics noted that this partnership represents “a decisive step toward a secured future” and establishes a foundation for long-term growth.
