Wang Teng aims to build global AI sleep tech brand ISHO

Former Xiaomi executive Wang Teng has announced his ambition to transform his new startup, ISHO (今日宜休), into a world-leading AI sleep technology brand within the next five to ten years. The company aims to establish an AI-driven sleep technology ecosystem designed to help users improve sleep quality and physical recovery.

Leveraging China's engineering talent and mature supply chains, ISHO is already expanding internationally. The company has filed trademark applications in 27 countries and regions across Asia, North America, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East, with approvals already secured in nations including Russia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, the Philippines, and Australia.

Wang emphasized a commitment to innovation over price wars, stating that high-quality products should not be built on the exhaustion of users. The company's first product launch event is scheduled for October 29, which will feature the ISHO Ring smart ring and an AI temperature control system.
