Wanwan Resort Yadaya Shotoen launches autumn kaiseki menu

Wanwan Resort Yadaya Shotoen, operated by GENSEN HOLDINGS, has launched its autumn kaiseki cuisine menu in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The seasonal menu, available from September 1 to November 30, 2026, features ingredients such as fresh fish from the Kanazawa Central Market, domestic Wagyu beef shabu-shabu, and snow crab.

Guests can choose between a basic kaiseki and a special selection menu. Additionally, from November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, the resort is offering specific plans that include a whole snow crab. As a dog-friendly facility, the resort also provides specialized meal options for pets, including Noto beef hamburgers and steaks.
