Wardlow returns to AEW ring during PAC tribute episode

Professional wrestler Wardlow returned to the ring during the September 30 episode of AEW Dynamite, marking his first match in over two years following a recovery from a torn pectoral muscle injury.

The event served as a tribute night for Benjamin ‘PAC’ Satterley, who passed away at age 40 on September 27. Wardlow described the return as “bittersweet,” expressing excitement to be back in action while noting he was “extremely saddened by the loss of one the best wrestlers and humans I’ve ever met.”

In his return match, Wardlow teamed with members of the Don Callis Family—Jake Doyle, Mark Davis, Lance Archer, and Josh Alexander—to face the Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, Wheeler Yuta, and Gabe Kidd) and Bryan Danielson. The match resulted in a loss for Wardlow’s team. Following the appearance, Wardlow posted a message to social media stating, “Daddy’s home.”
