Modern warehouse operations are increasingly shifting from manual, paper-based workflows toward integrated systems that combine Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with robotics, automation, and IoT devices. A WMS serves as the central operational control layer, managing inventory, receiving, picking, and shipping while coordinating between human workers and automated machinery.
