WareMatch teams with ShipPlug to offer free automatic FedEx and UPS refund service for 3PLs
WareMatch, a platform that matches shippers with warehouse space in the United States and worldwide, announced an exclusive partnership with shipping‑intelligence firm ShipPlug. The integration, now live on WareMatch’s website, lets ShipPlug’s software monitor carrier invoices, flag late deliveries and automatically file refund claims against FedEx and UPS service guarantees on behalf of shippers. ShipPlug charges no upfront fee and takes a percentage of the recovered savings; WareMatch licenses the technology and makes it available at no cost to its network of third‑party logistics providers and shippers.
The partnership gives 3PL operators a new differentiator, allowing them to promise automatic recovery of money on late deliveries from day one. “This partnership allows us to bring an additional layer of operational value to our users while helping ShipPlug expand deeper into the 3PL market,” said Ryan Kalisky, CEO and co‑founder of WareMatch.
