Warhammer 40,000: Darktide releases Adeptus Mechanicus Skitarii DLC

The co‑op shooter Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will receive a paid DLC on 23 June that introduces the Adeptus Mechanicus Skitarii – the Alpha Primus class – for $11.99 on all platforms. The new class offers extensive customisation, a non‑linear talent tree, and a suite of signature weapons such as Arc cannons, Phosphor Blasters, Transonic Blades and Galvanic Rifles, plus a servo skull that can attack, heal or flame enemies.

The DLC also adds an Expedition area on the planet Atoma Prime, featuring new environmental hazards and two new enemy types – Traitor Vanguard and Cultist Vanguard. A Warhammer Skulls festival promotion runs alongside the launch, offering steep discounts on the base game and other Darktide content bundles.
