Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi launches Kryptonite Collider attraction

Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi on Yas Island opened the Kryptonite Collider, a 32‑seat spinning ride, on 26 July 2026. It is the park’s first new permanent attraction since its debut in 2018 and is themed around an original Lex Luthor storyline called the “Everyman Project,” where guests experience a fictional LexCorp experiment involving kryptonite.

General Manager Hind Galadari said the attraction was developed from visitor feedback to add more thrills while remaining family‑friendly. Riders are briefed in a LexCorp laboratory, experience rapid spinning, speed changes and brief reverse motions, and receive a personalized “superpower” at the ride’s conclusion. The ride does not feature inversions or high drops, positioning it as a moderate‑intensity experience for local residents and international tourists.

Park officials indicated that a larger Superman‑themed coaster, “Superman Up and Away,” is planned for 2028, but no further technical details for Kryptonite Collider have been released.
