Warren County and Trumbull County grand juries issue indictments

A grand jury in Warren County has issued several indictments involving various criminal charges. Indicted individuals include William Christopher Allen for burglary and theft, Julio Yudiel Arcia Fernandez and Marcos Alfonso Lorente for theft, and Cody Kevin Beaty for theft of property valued at over $10,000. Other charges include criminal mischief, fleeing or evading police, and marijuana trafficking.

In a separate matter involving a Trumbull County grand jury, Freddie T. Washington, 20, was indicted on a felony charge of failure to comply with a police order and a misdemeanor charge of failure to stop after an accident. The charges stem from a high-speed pursuit that began in Warren and ended in North Jackson. According to police reports, the vehicle reached speeds of up to 100 mph and eventually caught fire during the chase, leading the occupants to flee on foot.
