Warren County grand jury issues multiple indictments

A Warren County grand jury has issued several indictments involving various criminal charges. Among those indicted is Jackie Wayne Bloodworth, who faces 10 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, 10 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor, 10 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor into prohibited activities. Other indictments include Amisi Ababelle for wanton endangerment and driving under the influence, Equinettie Yvonne Cole for theft by deception, Desha Tierra Ellis for wanton endangerment and driving offenses, and Joshua Lee Frazier for fleeing police and wanton endangerment.

In a separate legal development in Trumbull County, Kasey N. Morgan, 21, has had his charges bound over to a grand jury. Morgan, who was previously considered a victim in a June shooting incident, now faces two counts of felonious assault, one count of discharging a firearm into a habitation, and failure to comply with a police order. Morgan waived his right to a preliminary hearing and remains held in the Trumbull County jail without bond.
