Warren East Raiders defeat Ohio County in season opener

The Warren East Raiders secured a shutout victory against the Ohio County Eagles in their season opener at the J Allen Builders Bowl. Led by wide receiver Azzarrious Douglas, who recorded 141 yards and two touchdowns, the Raiders' defense held the Eagles to negative one total yardage.

New Warren East head coach Jason Foley described the win as a way to build confidence for the team following previous periods of turmoil. Quarterback Brandon McCluskey contributed to the win with a 3-yard touchdown run early in the game.
