Warrick Humane Society names Vivian as Pet of the Week

The Warrick Humane Society, a no-kill shelter located in Newburgh, Indiana, has named Vivian, a seven-year-old Labrador Retriever mix, as its ‘Piece of Cake Pet of the Week’.

Vivian is described as a calm, friendly, and easygoing companion who walks well on a leash and knows basic commands like sitting. While she can be nervous when meeting new people through kennel bars, the shelter notes she is a loyal and attentive dog.

The Warrick Humane Society operates without government funding, relying instead on donations, sponsorships, and fundraisers to support its mission of providing a safe environment for animals awaiting adoption.
