Warsaw adds two new residential projects from Develia and Warbud

Develia began selling 172 apartments in the Skorosze Vita estate on Warsaw’s Ursus district. The development will comprise two five‑storey blocks with units ranging from 25 to 125 m², priced from 12,999 zł per m². Construction is slated to start in late 2026 and finish by June 2028.

Warbud was awarded the contract to build a 10‑storey apartment tower for VIG Polska Real Estate at the intersection of Rydygiera and Przasnyska streets. The project will deliver 104 fully furnished apartments, from one‑ to four‑room layouts, with a 24‑month construction schedule. Ground‑floor space will host a lobby and commercial units, while underground levels will accommodate a garage and service areas.
