Warsaw heats up as Szczecin plans outdoor cinema under improving weather

By Wednesday and Thursday daytime highs are projected at 25–26 °C, and Sunday could see 28 °C, foreshadowing a heatwave that may push average highs to around 30 °C in the following week.

In the north‑west city of Szczecin, organizers announced a Thursday, 9 July outdoor screening of the award‑winning film “The Theory of Everything.” Meteorologists expect sunnier, warmer conditions that should make the evening event comfortable, with provisions such as sun‑shades, blankets and anti‑mosquito measures prepared in case of rain.

Both forecasts note a shift from earlier rainy days to clearer, warmer weather, encouraging outdoor activities such as the cinema night and weekend plans.
