Warsaw Industry Week 2026 to showcase industrial automation and robotics
The 10th edition of Warsaw Industry Week is scheduled to take place from November 3–5, 2026, at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn. The event will showcase a wide range of industrial technologies, including CNC machines, laser cutting, welding, robotics, and automation. The exhibition aims to provide a comprehensive view of modern production, covering everything from raw material processing and 3D scanning to logistics, intralogistics, and digital factory software.
While companies are increasingly investing in automation and robotics to improve efficiency and support digital transformation, experts from the recruitment agency Job Impulse note that these technologies are not yet solving labor shortages in Poland. Although automation is evolving through investments supported by programs like the National Recovery Plan and European Funds, it currently serves to support workers rather than replace them. Manufacturing plants and logistics centers continue to face high demand for human personnel despite the gradual implementation of digital and green transformation tools.
