Warsaw launches free psychological counseling centers in Ursynów and Wawer

A new free psychological counseling centre opened in Warsaw's Ursynów district at Dereniowa 52/54. The centre offers short‑term individual, family and online consultations for children, adolescents, adults and seniors, without the need for a referral. It operates Monday‑Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and can be reached at 535 288 933 or 534 103 691.

In the Wawer district, the Fundacja Wawer, funded by the local citizen budget, provides free psychological support for residents aged 6‑22 and their families. Services include daily individual consultations for school‑age children, twice‑weekly psychotherapy sessions, parental advice, and mental‑training workshops for adults. Appointments are made by phone at 22 854 46 83. Both initiatives aim to improve mental‑health access for Warsaw residents.
