Warsaw to host 2026 Chef and Restaurateur Congress

The Chef and Restaurateur Congress 2026 is scheduled to take place on October 6, 2026, at the EXPO XXI center in Warsaw. Held under the theme ‘Gastronomy without Deception,’ the event will feature two parallel stages: Gastronomy and Chef.

The program focuses on business profitability, food cost control, revenue generation, and team management. A significant portion of the congress will address workplace culture, specifically mental health, stress, and the need for responsible work environments to combat issues like addiction and ‘hard kitchen culture.’

Notable speakers include Wojciech Modest Amaro, Joshua Treacy, and Kamil Tłuczek. The event will also feature the premiere of Poland’s first behavioral report regarding the restaurant market.
