Warsaw's Bulwary Praskie transforms former FSO test track

A new residential investment named Bulwary Praskie is being developed on the former site of the FSO (Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych) test track in the Żeranie district of Warsaw. The project, designed by BBGK Architekci, aims to transform the previously inaccessible industrial area into an urban space connected to the city and the Vistula River.

The completed first stage of the development includes 10 buildings, featuring a 55-meter tower and 764 apartments. The masterplan is intended to integrate the area with the nearby planned Golędzinów Natural Park, utilizing the natural assets of the Vistula riverbanks.
