Warta II Gorzów advances in Polish Cup

Warta II Gorzów advanced to the third round of the Polish Cup (Puchar Polski) at the regional Lubuskie level after defeating Róża Różanki in a penalty shootout.

Despite being the underdog against the fourth-league side, the Gorzów-based team fought back after falling behind in the 9th minute. Szymon Grabowski and Natan Szczeciński scored to give Warta II a lead, but Róża Różanki equalized late in the match through Remigiusz Brzytwa. Following a scoreless regulation period, Warta II secured the win in the penalty shootout after goalkeeper Artur Duka saved a shot from Daniel Tokarski.
