Warta Poznań player Tomasz Wojcinowicz returns to pitch after injury

Tomasz Wojcinowicz has made a significant step toward returning to competitive football for Warta Poznań. After being sidelined since April 15, 2026, due to a severe injury involving a fractured tibia and fibula, the player participated in 25 minutes of a recent friendly match against Chrobry Głogów.

Wojcinowicz, a key figure in the team's promotion, described the appearance as a vital part of his rehabilitation process. While he expressed satisfaction with returning to the pitch, he noted that he is not yet ready for a full return to competitive play.
