Wartenberg activates construction acceleration for housing

The Wartenberg municipal council has activated the ‘Bau-Turbo’ (construction turbo) mechanism from the amended Building Code with 16 votes in favor. This measure is intended to accelerate residential construction projects.

However, the council has established strict guidelines for these developments, explicitly stating that the use of land for commercial and industrial purposes remains prohibited.
