This shift is designed to give quarterback Jayden Daniels more control over play communication, assignments, and protections before the ball is snapped.

Tight end Ben Sinnott has expressed optimism regarding the new direction, describing the current system as a “real NFL offense.” Sinnott, who has faced limited usage in previous seasons, suggested that the previous scheme under Kliff Kingsbury hindered his development. The team aims to utilize both huddle and no-huddle looks to maintain tactical flexibility during games.
