Washington Commanders linebacker Frankie Luvu misses practice with groin injury

Washington Commanders linebacker Frankie Luvu and tight end Chig Okonkwo did not participate in Wednesday's practice due to injuries sustained during the recent game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Luvu is dealing with a groin strain, while Okonkwo is managing a hamstring injury.

Head coach Dan Quinn noted that soft-tissue injuries require additional evaluation time. In addition to Luvu and Okonkwo, linebacker Jordan Magee has been placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. Other players listed as limited in practice include Jaylin Lane, Dorance Armstrong, K’Lavon Chaisson, Charles Omenihu, Odafe Oweh, and Daron Payne.
