Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels outlines progress in new offense

Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels said the team is “building this foundation with the new offense” as he and the offense work through mandatory minicamp under first‑year offensive coordinator David Blough. Daniels, who posted a 3,568‑yard rookie season in 2024 before a injury‑marred 2025 campaign that saw him miss half the games and the team finish 5‑12, noted, “I’ve still got a long way to go,” while learning new terminology and play concepts.
