The first lot, measuring 12.38 acres, is located in the Kingsgate area and fronts an undeveloped portion of the Kingsgate public right of way on its eastern edge. The second lot is significantly larger at 23.2 acres, fronting an undeveloped portion of the Kingsgate public right of way to the west and a developed portion of Queensgate along its southern edge.

Both parcels are currently zoned for residential use. The land is undeveloped and does not include water rights; winning bidders will be responsible for coordinating with the City of Richland regarding water and sewer services.
