Washington Nationals release Miles Mikolas and update injury status

The Washington Nationals have made several roster changes and provided injury updates regarding key players. The organization officially released veteran pitcher Miles Mikolas after he had been designated for assignment. Wood has begun playing catch at a distance of 90 feet and has started taking swings at 70% intensity.
