Washington ranks third in US early bird survey

A survey conducted by Coventry Direct involving over 2,400 participants has identified the top states in the United States for early risers and night owls.

Washington ranked third among the top five ‘early bird’ states with a score of 85.17. Other top-ranking states for early risers include Vermont at fourth place with a score of 74.12, and Idaho at fifth place with a score of 73.89. The survey analyzed residents' daily routines, sleep schedules, and energy levels to determine these rankings.
