Washington's 4th Congressional District Race Draws National Attention Amid Primary Elections

Rep. Dan Newhouse (R‑WA) announced his retirement from the 4th Congressional District, triggering a crowded primary with eleven candidates. In Washington state’s Snohomish County, voters will also decide on eight state legislative seats and several local bond and levy measures for public services, adding a local dimension to the nationwide primary day.
