Washoku Sato launches Nagoya specialty food fair

Washoku Sato is hosting a ‘Nagoya Meshi Fair’ across its 202 locations in Japan. The limited-time event, scheduled from September 3 to October 14, 2026, features various regional specialties from Nagoya.

Menu options include the Nagoya Meshi Gozen, which offers a choice of mini hitsumabushi, shrimp tenmusu, or mini miso hirekatsu don with miso pork kushikatsu, fried shrimp, and fried chicken wings. Other featured sets include the Hitsumabushi Gozen, Miso Hirekatsu Don Set, and Miso Nikomi Udon Set. In Kansai region locations, the miso nikomi udon is served on a tabletop stove to ensure it remains hot during consumption.
