In Bella Vista, Argentina, the proliferation of open-air landfills and improper waste disposal has become a significant concern. However, if the behavior leads to the deterioration of urban furniture or results in waste being scattered outside of containers, it is treated as a serious infraction, carrying fines of up to 1,500 euros.
