In Schlüchtern, Germany, Stadtwerke Schlüchtern has urged residents to reduce usage, particularly during nighttime hours. While the groundwater level and drinking water supply are not currently endangered, high demand for garden irrigation and filling pools is straining pumping stations and distribution networks. Local officials emphasized the need for sensitization to prevent the system from reaching its limits.
