In Spain, the Guardia Civil has issued a warning regarding an unsolicited package scam. Cybercriminals are sending unexpected physical packages containing QR codes or instructions that redirect victims to fraudulent websites. These sites impersonate legitimate delivery companies to steal personal and banking credentials. Authorities advise against scanning unknown codes or providing sensitive data to confirm deliveries.
