Water supply halted in Medeea district of Constanța after pipe break

On 10 July 2026 a 100 mm water‑main at the intersection of Medeea and Cincinat Pavelescu streets in Constanța ruptured, prompting RAJA SA to suspend potable water for residents of the Medeea district between 16:15 and 20:00. The utility’s teams worked to repair the pipe and restore service. RAJA warned that water may appear temporarily turbid or discoloured after the flow resumes and advised consumers to use it only for household purposes until it clears.

The company apologized for the inconvenience and said it would complete the repairs as quickly as possible.
