Water Supply Interruptions Affect Zadar, Croatia and Several Serbian Villages

In the city of Zadar, Croatia, an urgent water‑network intervention left part of the city without water on the morning of 3 August. Repairs on the main pipe required excavations on several streets, with service expected to be restored after 15:00.

In Serbia, a series of pipe repairs caused temporary water cuts in multiple settlements, including Pasi Poljana, Paligrace, Velepolje, Dolac, and others. Residents were warned of interruptions lasting until 15:00 while excavations and valve work were carried out on local water mains. Both regions reported coordinated efforts by municipal utilities to restore supply after the scheduled maintenance.
