Waterford prepares for Halloween season with diverse community events

Waterford is preparing for a variety of Halloween celebrations designed to appeal to different age groups and interests. The city's upcoming schedule includes haunted trails in City Park from October 20 to 31, a Halloween market in the Main Square on October 28 and 29, and a costume parade downtown on October 31.
